Why a sticker, not a printed code
A code printed into a stand does one job forever. A sticker lets the same stand do whatever you need next.
- Change the purpose. Reviews this month, your menu or Wi-Fi the next — swap the sticker, keep the stand.
- Change the link. A new website, a new booking page or a changed Wi-Fi password means a new sticker, not a new stand.
- Your design, your printer. Use any code with your own logo and colours, from any sticker printer or your own printer at home.

Face sizes
Measure your sticker before you order. It needs to fit on the face, border included.

A few millimetres of clearance at each side makes the sticker easier to line up and stops its edges lifting. The top corners of the face are rounded, so a sticker that covers the whole face needs rounded top corners to match.
Getting a sticker that scans
A QR code needs a clear, light margin around it — about four of its own small squares wide. Without it, phones struggle to find the code.
- On a dark stand, use a sticker with its own white background and white border. A sticker trimmed close to the code relies on the stand to provide that margin, and a dark stand can't.
- Clear stickers only work on light stands — the code needs a light surface behind it.
- Matte stickers scan more easily than gloss under shop lighting.
Once it's on, scan it with your phone from where your customers will stand.
Common questions
Is a sticker included?
No. The stand comes blank, ready for your own sticker.
Can you print the QR code into the stand?
Not on this one — the blank face is what makes it changeable.
Can I order different colours or heights together?
Yes. Choose one combination, add it to the cart, then add each other combination to the cart separately.
Do you supply larger quantities?
Yes. If you need more than our largest pack, or stands matched to a brand colour, contact us for a trade quote.
